GROUP AND BRIDAL APPOINTMENTS:

Please call to coordinate your wedding day services. We suggest allowing adequate lead time to schedule weddings. Please call our spa managers to coordinate your group event. We suggest 1-2 months lead time to schedule group services.

 

APPOINTMENT TIMES:

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for our check in process. Arriving late for your scheduled service may take away from your spa treatment time and affect other clients. Late arrival appointments may be cancelled or condensed.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointment is a commitment of our aestheticians and artists time. Please have your credit card number handy when calling for reservations. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours ahead of time. Should you fail to cancel, or otherwise "no show", we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee to the credit card number your appointment is being held by.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept cash, debit cards, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We cannot accept gratuities on credit or debit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please provide 48 hours notice of any cancellations, otherwise – a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed.

CHILDREN:

We at LuxeBeautiQue love your children. However, for the ultimate relaxation of our clients and safety of your child, we ask that children do not accompany you to any spa treatments. Children may wait with an accompanying adult in our waiting area while the service is being performed. Thank you for your understanding.

CELL PHONE USE:

Please refrain from using your cell phone during and waiting for spa treatments.

GIFT CARDS:

Our services and spa packages make a unique gift. Gift Cards are available for any individual or combination of services. A customized combination of services can be put together with our spa managers. Gift cards can be used for retail purchases as well.
